Staff surveys
Surveys of staff have been undertaken in a variety of
organisations to establish effectiveness of internal communications,
levels of morale and the effectiveness of equal opportunity
and anti-bullying policies. Research has been carried out
by postal and telephone survey as well as focus groups.
We have also undertaken surveys within secondary schools and FE colleges
to assess the perception of school/college amongst students, staff and
employers.
With bullying such a central issue in many organisations staff surveys
are effective means of identifying problems at root and assessing whether
training programmes are effective.
