Chartered Institute of Marketing Fellowship awarded to Essex consultant
Michael Mackman has been elected a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Marketing in recognition of his excellent
work in the field of market research. He is only the 13th
person in Essex to receive the accolade and so become rated
among the top of his profession.
To become a fellow of the Institute you must have a proven record of expertise,
experience or success in marketing and have worked in a senior marketing directorship
for over 5 years.
Michael is a Director of Marketing Assistance Ltd. He specialises in customer
satisfaction, mystery shopping and social research, and the development of marketing
strategies and plans for commercial, public and local government clients.
A former chairman of the Essex branch of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
Michael's marketing expertise and business acumen are also welcome assets in
his role as chairman of governors at The Helena Romanes School in Dunmow and
as a board member of the Princes Trust in Essex.
Michael comments, "I am a firm believer in keeping up to date with current
marketing thinking and practice and interpreting this to provide innovative approaches
for the marketing of companies and products. I am delighted to have become a
fellow of the Institute, it underlines the value and contribution of the marketing
profession in business today."
Jonathan Hart, Regional Director of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, presented
the Fellowship award.
